What this is

A public thinking system focused on how product decisions are made under constraints.

Most notes are evolving — not final.

If you only read three things

Start here, in this order:

  1. Problem Framing — how I define the right problem before solving it
  2. Helper Match SG - Case Study — a full product thinking walkthrough on a real problem
  3. Product Management as a System — how PM actually works beyond the textbook model

How this system works

Each note represents one idea.

  • Ideas are versioned, not overwritten
  • When thinking changes, I record:
    • what changed
    • why it changed
  • Earlier versions are preserved — so the reasoning remains visible

This means you are not just seeing what I think,
but how I arrived there.

How to read individual notes

Each note typically includes:

  • Core Idea — what the idea is
  • State of Thinking — current understanding
  • Thinking Trace — how I arrived there
  • What changed / Why it changed — evolution over time

You don’t need to read everything — scanning is fine.

Final note

This system is designed to be:

  • honest rather than polished
  • evolving rather than complete
  • useful over time rather than immediately

If something feels unfinished, it probably is —
and that’s intentional.
